In New Delhi, a CEO of an online shopping company named Vivek Gaur has been arrested by the police for alleged involvement in cheating cases. The arrest took place in Gurgaon, Sector 54. According to the police, Gaur's company had raised investments from small businesses and investors in India and abroad. The company procured raw materials from small businesses in the Delhi-NCR region and issued cheques as payment. However, the company eventually declared insolvency and shut down. Five complaints were filed against Gaur. The police reported that in 2011, Gaur, along with a partner, had established an online shopping company in Gurgaon specializing in retailing garments and accessories, with Gaur serving as the CEO and his friend as the COO.
